We will try to establish your requirements. Our experienced consultant will work with you over the phone and/or with a site visit. As you discuss your testing requirements, they will try to bring their technical expertise and experience to help come up with concrete testing software that is built to your needs.
Once the consultant has established your requirements they will send you a proposal with timelines and costs. This will detail exactly how Tentacle will approach your new testing software and with a complete breakdown of costs.
You will be introduced to your account manager who will remain your first point of contact throughout the project. This will include daily updates. Their first step will be to assign one of our systems analysts to your project.
The systems analyst will start by designing your new concrete testing system in the form of a Functional Document. This Functional Document will ultimately act as a guide for our developers and testers throughout the entire development cycle.
Development will start. Your account manager will assign your functional document to a project manager who will report directly to them on a daily basis.
As your project passes each milestone, you will be given secure links to test the progress. Once all milestones have been completed your project will be assigned to a team of testers.
